Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
After the completion of this module, learners will:
- Analyse the fundamental concepts of vector graphics in the context of fashion product design (clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories).
- Explain the principles of digital technical drawing for fashion products,
- Describe the role of visual elements (color, typography, patterns, textures and visual effects) in the design and visual communication of fashion products.
Skills
After the completion of this module, learners will be able to:
- Create simple and complex vector shapes representing fashion products (clothing, shoes and fashion accessories) using vector graphic tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape).
- Create digital technical/project drawings of fashion products.
