Mode of delivery: Hybrid implementation: online learning with practical components

Learning methods and duration: Approximately 25 hours (6 hours e-learning, 2 hours face-to-face, 15 hours work-based learning, 2 hours assessment) 

Assessment methods:

  • Initial assessment (quiz) 
  • Formative assessment (quizzes, group works and activities)
  • Summative assessment (projects and assignments)

General objective: The learner will be introduced to:

  • Accurately determine when to apply external and internal communication for exchanging information and present a positive company image.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within TCLF - company and to its stakeholders.

Learning outcomes

Knowledge

After the completion of this module, learners will:

·        Understand the principles and distinctions between internal and external communication and when each should be applied in a business context.

·        Demonstrate knowledge of information flow processes within an organization and between the company and its stakeholders.

 

Skills

After the completion of this module, learners will be able to:

·        Select and apply appropriate communication strategies to effectively exchange information and promote a positive company image.

·        Organize and streamline information dissemination within the TCLF company and toward relevant stakeholders.

 

Competences

After the completion of this module, learners will:

·        Coordinating the flow of information within the TCLF -  company and to its stakeholders, and ensuring the efficiency and transparency of communication. 

·        Handling crisis communication effectively, including addressing employee concerns and public relations challenges. 

·        Promoting compliance with national and EU labour legislation and integrating ethical labour practices into organizational leadership and human resource strategies. 

·        Applying key principles of labour legislation, including workers’ rights, occupational health and safety, fair compensation, and non-discrimination, as essential components of responsible human resource management in the TCLF sector.
