GENERAL OBJECTIVE |
The learner will be introduced to:
· innovative tools and standardization practices in clothing manufacturing, aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and consistency. · regional perspectives on Lean manufacturing and regulatory frameworks governing clothing production. · textile labelling systems and Digital Product Passports, focusing on traceability, transparency, and regulatory compliance. · eco-design principles and green manufacturing practices that support environmental sustainability in clothing production. · the 5S methodology as a foundational tool for workplace organization and operational efficiency. · the Kaizen concept of continuous improvement, emphasizing employee involvement and process optimization. · the Kanban methodology for workflow management, inventory control, and production synchronization. · the integration of Lean tools and sustainable practices within clothing production systems to achieve operational excellence. · textile sustainability regulations · national and global textile sustainability law
