This joint online course brings together teacher education students from Finland and Hong Kong to explore how to build inclusive, relational, and wellbeing‑oriented learning communities. Through collaborative inquiry, intercultural dialogue, and guided mentoring, participants examine culturally shaped perspectives on teaching, learning, and teacher wellbeing. The course emphasises socio‑emotional competence, relational awareness, and wellbeing‑informed pedagogies, and supports students in applying these insights in authentic educational contexts. By integrating international collaboration into a structured course framework, the course expands access to global learning and strengthens students’ readiness to work in diverse educational settings.
