What? Work life training prepare the participants for the implementation of the digital and international competence development service. The service consists of evaluations of companies' products/services and online and communication materials, and development plans. The training will be implemented in cooperation with North Karelian enterprises. The cooperation ensures that the service will support the knowledge-based transformation capabilities of enterprises.
For? Master’s and postgraduate students in the humanities and computer science, and recent jobseekers in these fields. Students in the final stage of their Bachelor’s studies are also welcome. Jobseekers should check with the TE services the possible effects of participation in training on unemployment benefits. Jobseekers can earn an open badge by attending all meetings and writing a learning journal.
ECTS credits? By participating all events (16 hrs) and conducting the evaluation and development plans (approximately 40–60 hrs) students can include 5 ECTS credits in the work life studies of their programmes (e.g. Work Experience 1–10 ECTS).
