During last week's update, the site's H5P versions were upgraded. After the updates, we noticed a minor visual issue in activities that use the H5P Question Set content type.
The buttons in these H5P activities may not be visible, or they may appear blue without any visible button text.
The issue can be fixed by enabling edit mode, clicking Edit H5P Content, and then saving the content again.
